The facility had previously been a grocery store that had been unable to maintain significant business to support its operation.  Douglas Rinehart was able to purchase and remodel the building adding several modernized amenities that the previous location had been lacking.

Business has been better than expected upon reopening the location and there was an immediate demand to add additional staff.  The US Small Business Administration 504 Loan Program was instrumental in this project and its success.  Osceola Foods, Inc intends on creating 9 new job opportunities within the next two years.
